Are The Cis Okay?

 

An Educational Shitpost.

“Stonewall was a bar.”

“And also a riot.”

“You may be seated.”

A council of TGNC folks gather to determine if the cis are, in fact, “okay,” and should they not be, the council will collectively decide what punishment should be bestowed upon them for cis crimes against greater humanity. 

6 TGNC actors: 1 Black nonbinary & trans femme human, 1 nonbinary & trans femme human, 2 nonbinary & trans masc humans, 1 Black nonbinary human, 1 nonbinary & femme-leaning human.

Popeye’s, Tequila and Me.

 

A Polycule Play.

“You know what they say, ‘the tits are temporary, but the glory of Rome is forever!’”

Lynaé invites their oldest friend over for a night of Popeye’s and Tequila with roommates, but things get a little awkward when “polyamory” becomes the topic of discussion.

5 actors, queer & TGNC: 1 Black nonbinary & trans femme human, 1 nonbinary & trans femme human, 1 nonbinary & trans masc human, 1 Black nonbinary human, 1 female-identifying human.

This one-person play is based on the playwright’s personal experience as a nonbinary transmasc human seeking top surgery.

Note: all masc-leaning TGNC folks are encouraged to read regardless of whether or not they’ve had any type of medical gender-affirming procedure.

Everything’s Going to be Okay.

 

A Sleep Paralysis Play for Zoom.

“Don’t worry. Everything’s going to be okay.” 

“Am I going to die?” 

“Ah yes, well. That is so often how these things go.”

This horror-play captures the playwright’s experience of COVID-19 intersected with memories of sleep-paralysis.

3 actors: 1 masc-leaning human, 1 femme-leaning human, 1 human to play the “shadow man” (gender does not matter)

3 actors: 2 masc-leaning humans (1 nonbinary), 1 femme-leaning human
